Yeah, as always with these things, it depends on which party is being made fun of. Like In Tropic Thunder, RDJ’s black face doesn’t make fun of black people, but of Hollywood actors who do ridiculous things for the sake of method acting, so it doesn’t become a racist joke.

They’re lucky they have supporters like you who will just take whatever bullshit they give out whenever they try and emulate the Republicans. Clearly you’re not satisfied with how right leaning the political system in America already is, you want them to go all the way. Considering how spineless their supporters are in making them shift their policies, I can see why they think it’s completely fine for them to offer mediocrity in the face of fascism.

You’re using the same logic my dad uses to rail against going to Mars. He says there is no worthwhile reason to go there when more pressing matters on earth are in abundance.

Just like you, he is missing the forest for the trees, angrily ignorant to the fact that the knowledge you gained from trying to achieve a seemingly worthless achievement is the actual value, not in the achievement itself.

The achievement is just a convenient goal to make the science more exciting to the general public so as to garner more financial support from both private and government sources. Each of the steps needed to gain that achievement may not have gained as much funding as they do now if they were presented separately from that final goal.

Part of the reason it shard to change the system is because of resistance from the waiters who make a lot of money from tips, so yes, not tipping does help change the system.

Patriarchy is not a binary issue. Even at the height of Patriarchy, there will still be issues where women have the upper hand. In today’s world, Patriarchy has steadily been weakened by people’s efforts, but that doesn’t mean your system is no longer based on Patriarchy.

In order to uproot Patriarchy, you need to destroy the whole system and rebuild from the ground up, which is of course, impractical and clearly haven’t been done.
