Preliminary, the Unmanned Systems Forces hit the Kavkazskaya oil transshipment point in the Krasnodar region. This is confirmed by our GEOINT analysis.
The Kavkazskaya oil transshipment point is located in the Kavkazsky District of the Krasnodar Territory and is designed for transshipment of Russian oil by rail into the pipeline system of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium JSC in the amount of 6 million tons per year.
The complex includes a railway oil terminal and a 15.7 km long connecting pipeline to the Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station, which is part of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) system. Surgutneftegaz, Gazprom Neft, Yuganskneftegaz, TNK, Rosneft and LUKOIL supply oil through this point.
Oil arriving at the Kavkazskaya point is transported via the CPC pipeline system to the terminal in Yuzhnaya Ozereyevka on the Black Sea coast, from where it is shipped for export by sea.
