This is from a Kbin/Mbin viewpoint, but from the very start a year or so ago spam was incredibly bad, usually porn. It was common to daily add more to the filter to see other postings. Then one day it got a lot better, either through a version update or better moderation control. I was even able to clear the old filters and not be flooded anymore. These pfishing attempts from Nicole and a few other names before her are the first ones I’ve seen in a long time. I just wish I could delete them from my PMs, for some reason that option isn’t present at all.
Just tried. It will only presumably stop new messages, but I can refresh and the old sent one is still there as well as the user name that shows it’s blocked. Plus that wouldn’t be a great workaround for normal messages of people you want to talk to and just are cleaning house. I don’t know why the option isn’t there. I put something about it on the main Mbin page a while back. Maybe not many people actually use messages?
Funny enough after this conversation I received one of the messages. I blocked them and the message did dissappear. I wonder if maybe it was the timing or something? I’m using the Voyager app if that makes a difference.

I think if you block the user that sent them it might delete the messages

I’m sure it’s Mbin specifically and just not in the software for some reason.
