Maybe “Societal Collapse Accelerationists” would have been more clear. But accelerationist is the key word here.

Not just techno fascists. There’s a lot of these people who watched way too much Mad Max and think that when society collapses, they’ll get to be Immortan Joe. They fantasize about being warlords with their own little fiefdom.
