    Presumably because he is not yet in Wisconsin. If he shows up though, there really isn’t an excuse.

          Essentially true. First you would have to get the other state to arrest Musk, which would be a massive chore on it’s own. The arresting state would be fully aware that Musk has essentially infinite resources and his lawyers would sue the shit out of them. The state would need to be prepared to spend millions or even tens of millions in the courts just for arresting him regardless of the turn out. Wisconsin would also need to spend millions trying to push through the extradition which Musk would fight with his armies of lawyers and pallets of money.

            Can’t they just do what has been done to college students and have people that can force him into a unmarked car and drive him to an airplane and fly him off before anyone has a chance to understand what is going on?

        They’d have to convince states like Texas, or Florida to arrest him first since that’s where he is for most of his businesses.
