Fiber and a fuckload of Kefir/Greek Yogurt literally reset my digestive system. No woo, pseudosciency bullshit. I just figured I needed to do something and knew fiber was good and the bacteria in greek yogurt was good for gut health. Shoveled that shit down my gullet for a week and it literally fixed me. I thought I had IBS as I had terrible bathroom experiences for over ten years. That era is over. Gotta stick with good dietary habits moving forward though.
A bit harsh. I was left thinking deeper about the subject matter by the end. If that’s not the goal of this kind of writing then I don’t know what is. I enjoyed this read.
